Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon together in one bowl. In another bowl mix oil and eggs well.
    Pour this together with flour mixture and mix.
    Now add all the other ingredients to flour mixture.
    Bake in sheet cake pan or 3 layer pans whichever you prefer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
