Cream Puffs(Midget Puffs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Heat water and butter to high boil.
Stir in flour.
Stir vigorously over low heat, about 1 minute, or until forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs all at one time until smooth.
Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoonful onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
