Onion-Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cut medium
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    1/3 c. instant potatoes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions, salt and pepper slowly in covered pan until tender.
    Cover potatoes about 4 inches over with water as to have some potato juice left when done cooking.
    Add 3 cups of milk and butter.
    Add 1/3 cup instant potatoes to soup or more if a thicker soup is desired.
