Unleavened Cottage Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. flour
    2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours. Separate into three balls of dough.
    On a well floured surface, roll out each ball separately as you would pie crust until 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into triangles and roll them, starting at the wide end so they look like crescent rolls.
    Bake on a cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
