Ingredients

6 c. chopped pecans
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. chopped candied cherries (about 1/2 lb.)
1 1/4 c. chopped candied pineapple (about 1/2 lb.)
4 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pecans, cracker crumbs, raisins, cherries, and pineapple.
In a large saucepan, combine marshmallows, milk, and butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Pour over pecan mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the coconut, washing your hands frequently.
Yields 7 to 8 dozen.
