Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 really ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to the flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or two smaller pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
