Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can enchilada sauce
1 soup can water
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 tsp. chili powder
1 medium onion, diced
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet with onion, salt, pepper and chili powder.
Heat soup, milk, water and enchilada sauce in pan.
Line baking dish with tortillas.
Cover with layer of meat, cheese and sauce.
Repeat layers in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
