Creamy Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
4 cubed potatoes
1/2 c. celery
dashes of red pepper
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 c. shredded carrots
1 medium onion (1 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine water, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook, covered, until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cream cheese.
Add milk.
Blend together butter and flour and melt in saucepan.
Cook until thickens.
Add to soup; cook and stir until mixture thickens.
