Quick Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Break egg into a bowl; whisk with a fork.
    Add milk and oil to egg; blend with a mixer briefly.
    Sift dry ingredients together, then stir into egg mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    The batter will be lumpy.
    Fill well-greased muffin cups 1/2 to 3/4 full.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 8.
