No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box Uncle Ben's rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 box (2 envelopes) dry onion soup
chicken

Preparation

Mix rice, mushroom soup, celery soup and water.
Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 envelope of onion soup over rice mixture.
Place skinned chicken on soup and rice. Sprinkle remaining envelope of onion soup over chicken.
Cover with foil; bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
