Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 1/2 oz. each) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 to 2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
dash of garlic, salt and white pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve warm on crackers.
