Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) roast
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 can water
    3 carrots, peeled and sliced
    5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Turn crock-pot on high.
    Place roast in pot, along with soup mix.
    Cook for 2 to 3 hours.
    Add carrots and potatoes.
    Mix mushroom soup with can of water; pour over vegetables.
    Cook 3 to 4 more hours, or until done.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
