Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peaches cut into 1/2's or 1/4's
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Arrange cut peaches in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
    Mix together egg, sugar and cornstarch and add to peaches.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
