Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 kiwi, sliced
1 can pineapple spears, drained and dried on a paper towel
Preparation

Press cookie
dough
into a pizza pan sprayed with Pam. Bake until golden brown.
Cool completely.
Mix powdered sugar and cream
cheese
together.
Pour
mixture over crust.
Next, add kiwi slices and pineapple spears to top of the pizza.
