White Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Vermont white Cheddar
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
1/2 lb. Bleu cheese
1 garlic clove
mayonnaise (to bind)
Preparation

Bring cheese to room temperature.
Process garlic with cheese in food processor.
Add enough mayonnaise to bind together.
Shape into 2 balls.
