Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool, peel and shred.
    Melt butter.
    Mix with shredded cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and mix.
