Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. water
    1 2/3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour bread loaf pan.
    In large bowl, stir together oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
    Sift together flour, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and beat until smooth.
    Fold in nuts and pour into pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
