Marie'S Delite Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 gal. Bluebell homemade vanilla ice cream, softened
1 doz. coconut macaroon cookies, crushed
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Freeze 6 to 8 hours before serving.
Garnish with a cookie.
