Glady'S Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. ground beef
    2 chopped onions
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 to 3 stalks chopped celery
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped, mild green chilies (decrease if desired)
    1 (7 oz.) can green salsa
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (15 oz.) can dark kidney beans
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown first five ingredients together.
    Then add remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer. Serve with shredded cheese and chips.
