Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy, then add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition. Sift together 3 cups flour, cocoa and salt.
    Add alternately to mixture with milk, then add vanilla.
    Bake in a greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.
    May be frosted, if desired.
