Old Fashion Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cold milk
    1 or 2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix everything, except egg yolks, with spoon or hands.
    Pat into a ball and spread out on a 9-inch pie plate.
    Flute edges. Break egg yolk and coat the crust.
    Bake for 8 minutes at 350\u00b0. The egg coating seals the crust so the filling does not soak the crust.
