Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mash bananas.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    (You can also bake in 3 mini loaf pans filled halfway.
    Makes great gifts!)
