Main Baked Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock
    4 potatoes
    a few chopped celery leaves
    1 bay leaf
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. dill
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Place all of the ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add 2 cups heated milk before serving.
