Chex School Fuel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. Corn Chex cereal
    4 c. Rice Chex cereal
    1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cover cookie sheet with waxed paper. Microwave brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup in large microwavable bowl covered on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minutes. Until margarine is melted. Stir in baking soda until dissolved. Stir in cereal. Microwave on high 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on cookie sheet. Cool 10 minutes; break into bite-size pieces. Microwave chocolate chips in small bowl on high 1 minute 30 seconds or until chocolate is smooth. Drizzle chocolate over snack. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in airtight container. 8 cups snack.
