Lasagna(Makes 3 Casseroles, 6 Servings Each) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 eggs
    2 lb. (4 c.) creamed cottage cheese
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package.
    In large skillet, crumble beef and cook until slightly browned.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Drain off fat; add oregano, salt, garlic, parsley, water, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Blend eggs and cottage cheese.
