Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 to 1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    4 c. cut up rhubarb
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry. Stir together sugar, flour and orange rind. Turn half of the rhubarb into pie pan. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture on this. Repeat with remaining rhubarb and sugar. Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust. Put slits in top crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover edge of crust with aluminum foil. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
    Makes a 9-inch pie.
