Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 level Tbsp. flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. dark Karo corn syrup
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pecans (about 1 1/2 c., depending on size of pie pan)
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (for variation 1)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar (for variation 2)
1 c. light corn syrup (for variation 2)
Preparation

Beat together all ingredients except pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Lay pecans on top to cover surface. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 min. If the edges begin to brown too early, cover with strips of aluminum foil.
