Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can petite peas
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c. finely grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
1 finely grated carrot
1 finely grated hard-cooked egg
1 Tbsp. dried, minced onion, rehydrated
1 tsp. dried, minced garlic, rehydrated or garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (just enough to dress lightly)
