Savory Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. turkey drippings
3 c. chicken bouillon or stock
3 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Preparation

Put drippings in roasting pan; stir in bouillon.
Stir and cook over mild heat, scraping pan.
Remove from heat.
Mix starch and water.
Stir into liquid in pan.
Add poultry seasoning. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
