German Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, undrained
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat margarine until melted.
    Spread sauerkraut evenly over margarine in skillet.
    Sprinkle with rice, then onion.
    Top with ground chuck, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cover skillet, cook over low heat 25 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
