Ruby'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 c. milk, warmed
    8 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    4 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Combine flour, cream of tartar and salt; set aside.
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar and Crisco together, then beat in eggs.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand until raised with foam on top.
    Mix together yeast mixture, sugar mixture, milk and vanilla. Add 4 cups flour mixture and mix well.
    Add 2 cups more flour mixture and mix well. Add remaining flour mixture and mix well again. Turn out onto a floured
    board and knead for 15 minutes.
    Put into a large bowl and cover.
    Set bowl in a warm place until mixture has doubled in size.
    When double, work down, cover and let sit until double in size again.
