Banquet Spaghetti Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 bell peppers, chopped
    15 lb. onions, chopped (50 to 55 onions)
    25 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
    olive oil
    40 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    13 Tbsp. (heaping) chili powder
    13 Tbsp. sugar
    13 Tbsp. vinegar
    19 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    5 qt. tomatoes
    15 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    10 c. catsup
    19 family size pkg. spaghetti
Preparation
    Fry peppers, onions and garlic in oil until done, adding a little water to keep it soft.
    Mash with a fork.
    Add beef; cook until done.
    Place mixture in a large pot; add all remaining ingredients, except spaghetti.
    Prepare spaghetti as directed. Add a small amount of olive oil.
    Drain.
    Combine sauce and spaghetti in pot or serve sauce over spaghetti on plate.
    Makes 152 servings.
