Fresh German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans (optional)
3 c. raw apples
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add flour and cinnamon. Stir in pecans.
Bake in metal baking pan.
Place butterscotch morsels on top of mixture. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 until golden brown.
