Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
1 1/3 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. chopped pecans
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift together all dry ingredients, except sugar.
Set aside. Beat eggs with sugar 2 minutes.
Add oil and beat.
Add lemon juice.
Alternately fold in dry ingredients.
Stir in zucchini. Then pecans and raisins.
Do not overmix.
