Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apple cider or juice
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    2 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
Preparation
    Heat cider and cinnamon stick in large pan.
    Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 5 minutes more.
    Keep hot until ready to serve. Yields 20 cups.
