Polish Cabbage In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sour cream, at room temperature
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut cabbage finely.
    Melt butter in large skillet and saute cabbage until tender, but not brown, about 15 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix together egg, sour cream, sugar and lemon juice.
    Pour over cooked cabbage.
    Toss lightly and heat through, but do not boil.
    Serves 4.
