Gnocchis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients to make dough.
    Pull off handfuls of dough and roll between your hands to make long log, 1/2 inch in diameter.
    Cut log into 1/2-inch strips and roll them over a grater.
    Place on cookie sheet, laying in a single layer, and put in freezer for several hours, until they are frozen.
    Boil water in large pot.
    Put in gnocchis; allow gnocchis to rise.
    Cook approximately 10 minutes more.
    Serve with spaghetti sauce and meatballs.
