Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    4 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt, soda and spices.
    Set aside. Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs, molasses.
    Blend in flour mixture. Refrigerate one hour.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Dip in small amount of sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
    Store in airtight container when cool.
