Apricot-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. diced celery
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Bring juice, water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add gelatin and cream cheese.
    Beat with mixer until thoroughly mixed.
    Cool.
    Add pineapple, pecans and celery.
    Chill until it begins to set like jelly.
    Add Cool Whip and mix.
    Chill until set.
