Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooked potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. minced green onions (tops included)
    1/4 c. finely minced parsley
    1 large kosher dill pickle, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 heaping Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the potatoes to taste and pour Italian dressing over potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients except bacon and blend together.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Just before serving, crumble the bacon on top.
    Serves 10.
