Teriyaki Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings or drumettes (can use more or less)
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Disjoint chicken wings, cut off tips.
Set wings aside.
Mix all other ingredients in pan.
Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over chicken wings and marinate for 12 hours. Refrigerate while marinating.
Stir occasionally to coat.
Bake in oven uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Stir once or twice while baking.
