Empadas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
2 egg yolks
salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. margarine
1 c. shortening
Chicken Filling (recipe follows)
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add one egg yolk, mixing well until mixture resembles coarse oatmeal.
Add margarine and shortening and mix until dough becomes soft.
Do not overmix, but just until it holds together with fingertips.
Press small portions of dough into cupcake tins.
