Ingredients

1 stick oleo
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 lb. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 tsp. vanilla
coconut (optional)
Preparation

Cook oleo, sugar, egg yolks and dates over low heat 10 minutes.
When cool enough to handle, mix nuts, Rice Krispies and vanilla into cooked mixture, then roll in small balls; roll in coconut.
