Rhubarb Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced diced rhubarb
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry jello
    1 c. white sugar
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    yellow or white cake mix
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. pecans
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into bottom of a large pan.
    Prepare a yellow or white cake mix and pour into pan over the mixture.
    Next mix the rest of the ingredients.
    Put this on top yet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. When cooled, drizzle with icing.
