Easy Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and cook slowly in double boiler or microwave for four minutes.
