Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. ladyfingers
    3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Line sides and bottom of spring-form pan with ladyfingers. Combine chocolate bits, sugar and 1/2 cup cold water over low heat. Stir until melted and beat until smooth.
    Cool slightly and add vanilla.
    In a large bowl, beat egg yolks slightly.
    Gradually, add chocolate mixture until thick.
    Beat 8 egg whites until stiff. Fold beaten egg whites in chocolate mixture with spatula.
    Spread over first layer of ladyfingers and repeat until mixture is used. Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Can be made the day before also.
    This is a rich, delicious dessert, easy to make.
