Bulgogi (Neobiani) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Beef sirloin or short loin
    4 T. soy sauce
    4 T. pear juice
    2 T. sugar
    3 T. chopped onion
    1 1/2 T. chopped garlic
    1 1/2 T. crushed sesame seeds
    1 1/2 t. sesame oil
    1 t. powdered pine nuts
    Black pepper
Preparation
    Cut the tenderloin into about 1/2-inch thick slices. Tenderize by making small incisions lengthwise and crosswise. Mix the other ingredients together and apply to the meat, slice by slice. Marinate the beef for 30 minutes and broil both sides on a pre-heated iron grill. It is better to broil quickly on a high heat. Serve with powdered pine nuts on top.
