Sheryl'S Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    3 c. white flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. graham flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. buttermilk
    small amount of sugar (if you choose)
Preparation
    Mix together oatmeal, white and graham or wheat flour, baking powder, salt and sugar if you choose.
    Work in oleo like pie crust and then add buttermilk with baking soda.
    Roll out real thin. Place on cookie sheet.
    I make it in 9-inch round portions and bake them in 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
