Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift and mix dry ingredients.
Set aside.
Cream oil and sugar well.
Add dry ingredients, eggs, fruits, nuts, vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
