Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) fryers, cut up
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 c. long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Arrange chicken pieces in one layer of pan.
    Mix preserves, dressing and soup mix.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Baste occasionally.
    Prepare rice.
    Stir parsley into rice.
    Serve with chicken and sauce.
